Refund Policy

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

Any product bought from moulage can be exchanged within 5 days of receiving . Provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state. We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or if the product delivered is faulty. No exchanges on customised or sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.

HOW TO APPLY FOR RETURN?

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible.
  • Courier the parcel back to us

WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns with 2-4 weeks days of receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow up to 18 working days for your return to be processed.
Note:
We have a NO refund policy, however refunds can be made in exception . Where in the product is out of stock and cant be fulfilled.
